Shipping and Customs Policy

Order Processing: All products available on our website are currently in stock, except for pre-order items. Each card is carefully protected using sleeves, top loaders, cardboard, or bubble mailers before being shipped.

Your order will be prepared with the utmost care and shipped within 24 to 72 hours following the confirmation of your payment.

Shipping Methods: We ship from Japan, in partnership with JapanPost. You have the option to choose from several shipping methods, all equipped with a tracking number:

EMS (Express Mail Service): An express service with real-time tracking. Delivery usually takes between 4 and 10 business days, depending on the destination.

Airmail: An economical option with or without tracking, offering delivery in approximately 2 business weeks.

Fedex: Express service with tracking. Delivery usually takes between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination.

Mondial Relay : We regroup the order and send to our warehouse in France, and reship through mondial relay. This is slower but you won't have any additional fees !

Delivery Times: The delivery time may vary depending on several factors, such as the destination country, the time of year, possible strikes, or holidays. On average, the time between the shipment of your order and its receipt is approximately:

EMS: 4-10 business days.
Airmail 'Small Packet': Approximately 2 business weeks.
Fedex: 1-3 business days.

Customs Fees: Customs fees are levied by state authorities and are not dependent on the seller. They are governed by the legislation of the destination country upon importation. Note that these fees are not systematic but may occur.
