Sealed products, such as Displays, boosters, decks, are delivered as sealed items. thepkshop cannot guarantee the specific content of sealed products. The purchase concerns the sealed product itself, not its content.
**4. Delivery Conditions:**
Packages are shipped within 24 to 72 hours after order validation. The preferred shipping method is JapanPost. Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage fees. An automatic email containing the tracking number will be sent to you during shipment.
**5. Payment:**
thepkshop offers multiple secure payment methods, including credit cards, Apple Pay, and Paypal. No credit card numbers are retained. Payments are encrypted and processed directly with bank servers. Credit card payment is entirely secure, and your order is recorded and validated upon acceptance of payment by the chosen bank.

To be eligible for a refund, sealed cards or items must be returned to thepkshop in the same condition as received, within 14 days of order receipt. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and returns not complying with the regulations will be refused. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

In the event of a lost package by the carrier, an explicit notification from the carrier confirming the loss of the package is essential. Upon receipt of this notification, a credit equivalent to the order value will be issued in the form of a discount code. This code has no expiration date.
